Inclusivity & Accessibility
propertyCEO’s training programmes and workshops contain a broad range of materials and engagement, including web-based learning, one-to-one coaching, video calls, and live, in-the-room events.
We try and make our training and materials as accessible and inclusive as possible for all of our students. However we also recognise that some students may have particular concerns about the accessibility of our training for their particular situation or needs. This could be for a number of reasons, including questions relating to disability access or neurodiversity.
We recognise that everyone’s situation is unique to them, and our preferred approach is to speak to students who may have concerns rather than try and adopt a one-size-fits-all solution. At propertyCEO, our Inclusion Ambassador, Grace Varley, not only makes sure that our training is as inclusive as possible, she is also happy to speak to any prospective student who may have questions about accessibility.
Sometimes it can be a case of simply running through exactly how the training works in detail so that any areas of potential concern can be identified. Alternatively, there may be ways in which we can tailor our materials or delivery, in order to provide you with the best possible experience.
While we can’t always promise to deliver a perfect solution for everyone, we’ll certainly do our best to try.
